An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on March 20, 2025 and completed on March 20, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:52 am and ended at11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 1 caregivers; the point total was 13. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 4 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site on March 20, 2025.
