An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on February 24, 2026 and completed on February 25, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 am and ended at 9:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 8. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and no caregiver/household member(s) records on-site on February 24, 2026. This inspection included and observations.
