Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 06/12/2025 and completed on 06/25/2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 06/04/2025 relating to allegations of administration and special services. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and two staff records on-site. Additional documentation was reviewed electronically on 06/25/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
