Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 07/21/2021 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 27 children and 8 staff present during the inspection. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 5 staff records and 1 manager record; staff stated that there was no medication on site. The children were observed in the following activities: free choice activities, educational activities, during lunch and during naptime. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. The Licensing Inspector arrived at 9:43 am and departed at 3:00 pm.
