Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/03/2024. There were 15 children, ages 10 months-5 years, and 8 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in the following: participating in learning activities, in outdoor large motor play, during lunch and during rest time. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:45 am and departed at 12:30 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with the subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
