An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/14/2025 and completed on 10/20/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/07/2025 relating to allegations of staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record.

This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
