Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

An announced non-mandated capacity modification inspection was conducted on June 04, 2021. The director was contacted by face time to initiate the inspection. A virtual inspection was completed the licensing inspector toured the new space, bathrooms, and emergency evacuation route. Items reviewed during the inspection were materials, equipment, manipulatives, handwashing sinks, storage, and emergency evacuation maps.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violation with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. A recommendation for increase in capacity will be submitted for approval.
