This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews .
An unannounced non-mandated inspection was conducted on 07/22/2021 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. The inspection was conducted to a response of a self-reported alleged incident that occurred at the center on 05/16/2021. One interview was conducted in conjunction with a local agency, one child record, one staff record, and attendance records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violation with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
