Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/11/2023 from 11:35AM to 12:45PM. 30 children were directly supervised by 8 staff. The physical space, 4 children's records, 3 staff records, evacuation drills, attendance, the menu, a sampling of medications and required posted documents were reviewed. Bottles were labeled and changing tables/cribs were in compliance. Children were observed returning from the park, working on age appropriate projects, preparing for rest time and engaging with the staff. Developmentally appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
