Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 01/17/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 10:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
