Inspector Notes

An in-person code compliance inspection was initiated on September 21, 2022. There were 35 children present with 8 staff supervising. Children were observed reading, coloring, playing on the playground, painting and engaging with their teachers. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision. A total of 5 children's records nd 5 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review and interview, a staff member did not submit to fingerprinting and have results prior to their first date of attendance.

Evidence: Staff 1 does not have a completed fingerprint background check. (Staff 1, DOH 9/15/22)
Plan of Correction: New hire will be scheduled and complete fingerprinting by September 26, 2022.
