Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 06/05/2021 and concluded on 06/09/2021. The program is currently on a provisional license. The Director was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. Reviewed a sample of classrooms using FaceTime to check that staff personal belongings and any hazardous materials were locked up as well as shade requirements on the playground areas. Observed children in the DL classroom, infant room 3 and Montessori B classroom. Reviewed 2 newly hired staff records, medication storage and authorizations, trainings and emergency preparation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
