Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 01/09/2023. There were 61 children, ages 2 months- 5 years, 11 staff providing direct care and supervision and support staff present at the time of inspection. Staff were interviewed and 3 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived at 1:00 pm and departed at 3:15 pm.
Information gathered during the inspection did not support the complaint and therefore the complaint was determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
