An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated and completed on 9/6/24 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/21/24 relating to allegations of physical plant and special services. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and one staff record on-site. This inspection included a tour of the facility and interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
