Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/16/2023. The inspector arrived at 11:30 AM and departed at 1:00 PM.There were 15 children present, ranging in ages from 2 yrs to 5 yrs, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. There were no new staff hired since the previous inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined a non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program and discussed with the program director during the exit interview.
