An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 01/14/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 1:00 PM and ended at 2:35 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. CDC: There were 8 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records. This inspection included:
