Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 05/16/2024. The inspector was on site from 3:05pm until 4:00pm.

There were 14 children, ages 6 to 11 years old under the supervision of two staff. Children were observed during indoor free play and snack time. Three children's records and two staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on interview and observation, the center failed to ensure any child with emergency medications shall always be in the care of a staff member who is MAT certified.

Evidence: There were 3 children with emergency medication on site. There was no staff member present with MAT certification on 5/16/2024.
