Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/19/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 9 children present (30points), ranging in ages from 6months to 2years, with the provider and two assistant caregivers supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children's records and 3 caregiver records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
