Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was conducted on 3/10/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 12 children present (34 points), ranging in ages from 6 months to 3 years, with the provider and 3 assistant caregivers supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 3 children's records and 3 caregiver records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
