Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. The provider and two assistant caregivers were caring for 8 children, totaling 25 points. This is one more caregiver than required per the Licensing Minimum Standards.
This inspection took place in the middle of the afternoon. All children were napping during this inspection.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administrative records, the physical plant, emergency preparedness, children's records, caregiver training, and health records.
