The Provider is required to ensure that a caregiver does not exceed 16 points by using
the point system to determine if an additional caregiver is needed.
From approximately 1:45pm-1:48pm, there was only 1 caregiver present with 11 children (37 points), when 3 caregivers were required. From approximately 1:48pm-1:50pm, there were only 2 caregivers present with 11 children (37 points), when 3 caregivers were required.
