Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was initiated on 5/31/2022 and concluded on 5/31/2022 from 10:10 AM to 11:26 AM. There were 58 children present, ranging in ages from two to five, with 10 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, procedures and medication. A total of three children?s records and four staff?s records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
