Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on July 23, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:28 a.m. and ended at 11:25 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 53 children present with 14 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on July 31, 2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

The center shall ensure all areas of the premises accessible to children are free of obvious injury hazards. There was a broken chain-link fence on the 2 year old playground. A portion of the fence was no longer upright and was on it's side and the top support pole was on the ground. The fence is a tripping hazard and hazard to snagging/cutting children's clothes or skin.
