Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 3/21/2023. This inspection was focused on main area(s) of previous non compliance in the areas of supervision and operational responsibilities. Interviews were conducted and observations were made at the center. There were 40 children present, ranging in ages from six (6) months to eight (8) years, with seven (7) staff supervising.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
