Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was conducted on 7/3/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 6/22/2023 regarding an allegation in the area of behavior guidance. The inspector was on site from approximately 8:45 am-10:00 am. Interviews with staff were completed and observations were made in the center.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
