Inspector Notes

Today an unannounced Renewal Inspection took place between the hours of 9:50am and 11:20am. There were 6 classrooms observed with a total of 111 children with 15 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating snack, completing puzzles, reading books, creating art projects, painting and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, evacuation drill log and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Evidence:
1. Child #1 did not have documentation of proof of ID on file within 7 days of the child's date of enrollment.
