Inspector Notes
An announced monitoring virtual inspection was conducted on 6/21/21. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and this inspection was conducted via video application as well phone and email correspondence. There were 5 children (13 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and eating snack. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
