Inspector Notes

An in-person renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 4 children present (11 points) with one caregiver present. 4 child and 2 household member records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for missing information. The Emergency Preparedness Plan needs to be updated annually, and reflect the relocation address provided to parents in the child record. Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies and menu are all in compliance. The inspection report will be typed off site and emailed to the provider for signatures.
