Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 6 children present (18 points) with 2 caregivers.
Children were observed playing with blocks, singing and dancing. 6 child, 2 caregiver and one household member records were reviewed.
See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited today.
Bathroom and diapering supplies, fridge/freezer temperatures, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills and the new crib manufacture date are all in compliance.

LI was resent today from 10:00 AM- 10:59 AM.
