Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on August 17 2023 between 11:00am and 12:00pm. There were 61 children in the care of 7 staff members. Children were observed participating in group gym games. A review of staffing records, children's records, and center forms was reviewed and inspected.
