Inspector Notes

The Licensing Inspectors arrived at 9:30am on 6/22/22 to complete an modification inspection. All spaces and equipment to be used by the children, including the playground, were measured and inspected. The license modification requested a capacity of 140, which is supported by the measurements taken at the inspection today and the certificate of occupancy. There were no children present during the inspection. Any areas of the standards related to direct service that were not determined during the modification inspection will be determined at the first unannounced inspection following issuance of the modification of the license. Emergency procedures and emergency supplies along with all required postings were reviewed during the inspection. Please contact the inspector at (757) 334-4329 if there are any questions.
