An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on September 9, 2025 and completed on September 9, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:37am and ended at 2:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 72 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
