Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on September 9, 2025 and completed on September 9, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on July 8, 2025 relating to allegation of handwashing and toileting procedures. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records electronically on September 12, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
