Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/29/22.
The provider had 10 children in care with two assistants. A total of 29 points.
The children were observed playing on the playground and transitioning to lunch and later nap time. Lots of interaction between caregivers and children observed during the inspection.

Violations
3Evidence: Based on interaction with one of the caregivers and discussion with provider and the other assistant, one assistant does not speak English, she understands, but do not speak. She is there as a speech therapist for the children to teach them to speak Russian. However during the inspection she was supervising children on the playground and was counted in the ratio.
Evidence: Based on the review of 4 children's records, one child, child 2, is missing the second emergency contact.
Evidence: The children had noodles, hotdogs and cucumbers for lunch which was different from the items on the menu. Menu did not indicate the change
