Inspector Notes
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 10/19/22 in reference to staffing, supervision, and ratios. Documentation was reviewed and interviews were conducted with staff relating to the center?s ratio and supervision policies on 11/04/2022.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regards to the complaint.
