This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a tour of the outdoor program area.
A non-mandated inspection was initiated on 02/28/2022 and concluded on 03/29/2022. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The area of standard reviewed was for physical plant. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
