Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 02/01/2023 . There were 16 children present with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.Records were reviewed remotely. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice .

Based on observation and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure areas and equipment of the center inside maintained in a clean , safe and operable.

Evidence:
There was rust on the door in the pink batroom. Staff confirmed there was rust .
