A complaint inspection was conducted in response to a complaint that was received on 4/9/2024. The area of standards reviewed were staffing and supervision. The inspection was initiated and concluded on 4/22/2024. Interviews were conducted with the parties involved and observations were made. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
