An unannounced inspection was initiated on 2/27/2025 and completed on 3/13/2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 2/27/2025 relating to allegations of reporting injuries, background checks, and training. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
