A code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded on August 14, 2024. There were 7 children present, ranging in ages from 2 years to 5 years with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision. A total of 3 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

(Repeat Violation) Based on review, facility did not ensure 1 of 3 staff have a annual statement from a physician or physician's assistant stating the individual is free from any disability which would prevent him/her from caring for children.
