A complaint inspection was initiated at the center on April 6, 2023 regarding concerns of administrative, staffing and supervision, staff qualifications and training and programs, . Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
