The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received on 3/19/2024 regarding a concern related to supervision and emergencies. The inspection was initiated on 4/15/2024 between 9:30 am to 10:00 am. During the inspection, interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
