An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 8/21/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:50 am and ended at 12:20 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 70 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
