Licensing Inspector Anderson conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on June 15, 2023, in the areas of care and protection. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on June 20, 2023 and findings were completed on June 20, 2023.

As the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be ?NOT VALID.?

Violations found during today's inspection were unrelated to the complaint allegations and are listed on the violation report.

Based on record review, the Center failed to ensure each person in a supervisory position has been certified by a practicing physician to be free from any disability which would prevent him from caring for children under his supervision.

EVIDENCE:
Licensing Inspector reviewed 4 staff records. Record for Staff #2 did not include an annual 2022 health exam.
Plan of Correction: Staff Member will complete annual health exam with their physician. Documentation of the results will be maintained in the staff member's record.
