Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 7, 2023, from 10:40am-11:45am. At the time of entrance, 40 children were in care with 8 staff members present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. Children were observed walking to the local program. Prior to leaving staff and children checked into the administration and once arrived staff called into the facility to report numbers and safe arrival to the program. Children in the facility were observed sitting in circle, listening to a book, dancing to music. Teachers addressed children with a calm demeanor. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.
