Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 3/6/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:05am and ended at 1:00pm. There were 44 children and 13 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 child records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and a tour of the facility.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
