During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/8/26 and completed on the same day, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:05 and ended at 11:05. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 36. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 caregivers records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The license and any other documents required by the Superintendent shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.

The most recent inspection paperwork was not posted at the time of the inspection.
Plan of Correction: I will post the paperwork.
Standard 8VAC20-800-570-A
The provider shall ensure that a caregiver does not exceed 16 points by using the point system

At the time of the inspection the provider and an assistant were present with 11 children totaling 36 points.
Plan of Correction: I will have my husband and my daughter help as assistants.
Two of the children will be 16 months by the rest of the month.
