Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was conducted on 11/13/2025 as part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The on-site inspection began at 1:15pm and ended at 1:35pm. The inspector reviewed 2 staff records on-site. The inspection included document review and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
