Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 1:00pm-1:40 pm. There were 6 children directly supervised by 2 the provider. Child to staff ratios were found to be in compliance. The children were observed sleeping at nap time.
The home, child care area, provider and household member records, child records, evacuation drills, a sample of emergency supplies and policies were reviewed.
No violations were cited at the time of the inspection.
