Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on September 8, 2021 and concluded on September 15, 2021. The site director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were six children present with three staff. The inspector emailed the site director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed three children?s records and three staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
